An afterschool PE program modeled after a public Health Club. Club Jeff is available for students, their family members and staff. Stop by the front desk, inside Room B (located in the main Gym), for more information

Fitness Center Open: Mondays 3:15 – 5:15
Tuesdays 3:15 – 5:15
Wednesdays 2:15 – 4:15
Thursdays 3:15 – 5:15
Located in the Upstairs Gymnasium Treadmills, Stationary Bikes, Elipticals, Stair Steppers, Weight Machines, Free Weights, Medicine Balls… … all in a Beautiful Facility

Tennis

Thursdays 3:30 – 4:30

Meet at the tennis courts. All levels welcome, beginners to advanced!
     
Iyengar Yoga Thursdays 3:20-4:50

The emphasis in Iyengar Yoga is on correct body alignment in all poses. Participate in a moving meditation while stretching and strengthening your body.
     
Speed and Power Training

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays- 3:15-4:30

Wednesdays-  2:15-3:30
